Our new team member enjoys working in a global working environment, and masters dealing with employees and managers at all levels and with a variety of tasks. From being our HR software superuser to supporting Staff Development Interviews and running recruitments. Your profile is both “blue” and “yellow” and probably has a bit of red in there as well. We work as a team, but also independently, with clear deliveries and ambitious goals for the future. We are currently integrating EMPLY as our HR software, our new team member will continue this journey and define & build reports, and flows, that will support the organizational development and learnings.

The Role 
Based in Aarhus or Ikast, you will help support our growing business on important HR matters. This will be done In close cooperation with the Global HR team and our managers. Your job will incl

  • System: Develop, build, and main our HR Software, while at the same time ensuring, that it is compliant, with global standards and local requirements.
  • Performance: Drive the  ENABL competence mapping across divisions and borders. This includes building the framework in EMPLY, gathering the data, and preparing training and communication for the organization
  • HR analytics, supporting the Global HR director with decision data and building monthly HR reports for management, based on EMPLY data.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR compliance, safeguard employee relations, and maintain frameworks and company policies.  Maintain HR handbook and policies, ensuring these are up to date and aligned with global standards.
  • People: Participate in Student job fairs and run own recruitment processes.
  • HR Admin: Work closely with HR colleagues on assignments in Denmark, this includes responding to requests in our HR mailbox, preparing contracts, gathering data etc.
  • Ad hoc HR tasks and projects

Your Profile 
You are passionate about HR, have an analytical mindset, stay focused on the goal, and know, that getting the right systems and processes in place requires patience, user involvement, and high-quality data. You enjoy working closely with HR colleagues, managers, and employees. In our business a sense of urgency is important, and we go the extra mile to deliver what is needed. Our new colleague will have the same mindset, and understand that at times it will be “all hands on deck”. You are motivated to work with both Systems, People, and Operational HR. Finally, you are able to deal with complexity and can overcome challenges and difficult situations.

Your background

  • Masters or BA degree-level in HR or equal experience,
  • Preferably with  5+ years of hands-on experience in an operational HR role. 
  • Analytical mindset and, thus, ability to both understand our business and our people.
  • Experience with Danish Employment Legislation, HR Operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to confidently prioritize and manage several ongoing processes at any given time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Danish is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with EMPLY and SharePoint will be considered a plus
