ENABL is growing strongly and is pursuing an ambitious strategic plan with double-digit growth rates. In order to manage the company successfully throughout the period, we need to strengthen our financial management. In the Equipment department, we handle all projects, and as the number grows, the need to ensure compliance with the project model and financial reporting becomes more and more important.
On a daily basis, you support the project managers with a number of practical tasks related to tender development, creation of won projects in Navision, ongoing up/down assessments in relation to budget, deviation reporting, cash flow impacts, and generally have a close, ongoing dialogue with the project managers. If you identify specific deviations or potential future problems, you immediately follow up with the project manager and ensure that corrective measures are taken, which you then include in your controlling. Depending on the candidate, the tasks can also be extended to purchasing and production control. You will be the link between the Equipment department and group finance. Especially, at the end of the month and year, the dialogue is close.
You have a relevant higher business administration education and some years of relevant work experience. You have a solid accounting understanding acquired either from an accounting firm or from a role as a financial controller. If you have combined this experience with some years as a project or business controller, it is very qualifying. Of course, you speak and write English at the negotiation level and act as a superuser in both ERP and Office system packages. It is qualifying if you speak other main European languages.
