Process Development Engineer

You will become a permanent part of ENABL's team of specialists who are skilled in all parts of PtX In ENABL Consulting & Outsourcing we work either on the customer's projects onsite, from one of our offices, or on our own internal development projects, and it can be both individual tasks or as part of a team.

The Role
As the Process Development Engineer, some of the main tasks you will be undertaking include:
- Working on conceptual, definition and detailed design to enhance production and improve safety and performance
- Together with technical leads and system owners, develop safe and reliable solutions for GHS A-series and X-series
- Documentation of work and efficiently sharing of knowledge to stakeholders
- Calculation of temperature, pressure, flow capacity etc.
- Development of numerical models (static and dynamic) for Thermodynamic/fluid mechanical calculations (e.g. scrubber/separators), as well as Heat transfer, phase separation, pressure losses, flow distribution
- Specifications of components, test descriptions and documentation for technical dossiers and production
Who are you?
- BSc or M.Sc within chemistry, thermal, energy, mechanical engineering etc.
- Excellent competences within thermodynamic, fluid mechanical and compressible flow calculations
- Practical experience from a manufacturing company with 5 years of experience from industry
- Experience with the development of scrubbers/separators design is preferred
- Experience in process engineering simulations (HYSYS, DWSIM, MATLAB or Python etc.)
- Fluently in English (both orally and in written)
