Finance assistant with all-round experience

ENABL A/S is currently looking for an experienced Finance assistant. This is a great opportunity for you if you get motivated by working with all aspects of finance and accounting and being a part of an international company.
As our new Finance assistant, you will become part of a department with engaged colleagues who all thrive to make a difference and contribute to being part of a team that helps each other and ensures everyone reaches the finish line. Your reference will be to our Head of Accounting and the workplace will be at our office in Aarhus N.
Your responsibilities and tasks
Your duties cover various aspects of accounting and finance and will typically be:
- Financial accounting
- General reconciliation and monthly closing of accounts
- Preparation of account month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
- Creation of projects
- Solve accounting matters
- Handling travel expense reports
- Follow-up on time registrations
- Support to managers and employees
- Ad hoc tasks
Your professional and personal profile
We imagine you have a solid experience in finance departments and a strong practical and financial foundation. You take pride in delivering high-quality and accurate data. As a person, you work in a detail-oriented and structured manner, take ownership of your tasks, and know the importance of keeping deadlines. You know how to prioritize your tasks without losing your focus. You are comfortable communicating in both Danish and English.
Preferably, you have solid experience in ERP systems and if you know your way in Navision, that is an advantage. Also, you master excel at a high level.
