Tender Manager, to scope and prepare exciting projects

Within the Site Equipment domain of ENABL, where our projects set the standards for transport and installation of next-generation WTGs, we seek a new Tender Manager to further strengthen the function and ensure high-quality and well-prepared projects. Our new Tender Manager will have many contacts, both internally within ENABL and Eltronic Group, and externally to Customers and Partners. Furthermore, she/he will have the overall responsibility for the development of quotations under the guidance of the relevant Key Account – Sales Manager. This includes amongst others:

  • Cost calculations, technical information, and commercial terms.
  • Prepare documentation for internal risk reviews and tender endorsement.
  • Compile tender documentation before submission to the Customer.
  • Present and pitch tenders in meetings and participate in negotiations with Customers.
  • Development of tools and calculation models to streamline tender processes across ENABL.

Your profile

You probably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Automation or Mechanics. In addition to your degree, you have solid experience in sales of international projects.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Experience in the offshore industry - preferably the wind industry.
  • Preferable experience with automated equipment including hydraulic systems and controls.
  • Extensive experience in tender preparation including engineering estimates for the design and structural engineering work.
  • (5+ years) Experience in Sales, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Supply chain experience will be seen as an asset.

  • Commercial and analytical mindset with a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communicator – verbally and in writing.
  • A persuasive negotiator and data-driven.
  • Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
