At ENABL, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our master data in key systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement data strategies, policies, and controls to maintain accurate, complete, secure, and reliable data across our organization. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to influence the future setup of our data management processes with a global perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain master data integrity in key systems and establish processes to support data quality.
- Identify areas for data quality improvement and implement appropriate strategies for error detection, correction, process control, and improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and data stewards to define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs.
- Assist in resolving data quality problems and manage revisions to meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to data standards.
- Manage, analyze, and resolve data initiative issues to ensure functional master data integrity.
- Work closely with the business and IT teams to align master data rules and application operations.
The ideal candidate for this position has the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, a related field, or equivialent experience.
- Experience working with relational databases and industry standards.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts and operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders and management.
- A positive mindset, a service-minded attitude, and the ability to handle chaos while maintaining an overview.
- Structured and process-oriented.
- Proficient in English.
