As our future HR Development & Training Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated partner in our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with relevant administrative and project-related tasks.

The position reports to the GHRD in close collaboration with the HR Partner and HR Consultant. 

The HR Development & Training Internship lasts 3-12 months, depending on the candidate's availability. We are flexible regarding the start date. The workplace will be either Hedensted or Århus.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training internally and externally
  • Support the HR Consultant on the Onboarding Day
  • Run our mentorship program and support new initiatives for student collab, trainees, apprenticeships, etc.
  • Log certificates and ensure we receive them.
  • Promote learning opportunities in close cooperation with the HR Communication Intern
  • Participate in training material creating and e-learning recordings.
  • Support our development activities such as Personal Development Dialogue, Engagement Surveys, etc.
  • Ad hoc admin tasks and projects

We imagine you are studying at BA or Master level; HR, Psychology, English, Communication, Marketing, or similar.
