List and brief description of selection criteria:

• Average annual turnover

• Equity capital

• Insurance for professional risk indenmity

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

The Tenderer must fill in the ESPD part IV.B in order to document their economic suitability according to the below mentioned:

• Average annual turnover of at least DKK 6 million during the past three years (based on annual accounts for the most recent three years; or in respect of newly started businesses such shorter period for which annual accounts is available).

• Equity capital of at least DKK 4 million (based on the annual accounts for the most recent year).

• Insurance for professional risk indemnity – must cover 15 mio. DKK

If Tenderers cannot present the required documentation, they shall ensure their financial and economic suitability is endorsed by submitting alternative suitable documents. In such case, Tenderers must indicate the circumstances they claim as valid grounds for not submitting the requested materials, see question 3 in part IV.B.

The Tenderer must fill in the ESPD part IV.C in order to document their technical and specialist suitability:

Reference list for the Tenderer’s and main sub-contractors, regarding the most relevant works performed within the past 5 years – with relations to the works described in the “OXDK 2022 - Yard Specification Training Ship DANMARK” with enclosures. The references should be briefly listed in the ESPD.

Where Tenderer have a valid reason, e.g. that the company is a new player in the field, as to why they cannot submit the required reference documentation, they shall have their technical capacity demonstrated in some other way, by submitting suitable documents. In this case, tenderer shall indicate the circumstances cited as valid grounds for not submitting the requested materials.

MARTEC reserves the right to contact the specified referees to confirm the contents of the references given.
