In order for the track motor vehicles and the like, to continue to run on Banedanmarks railroads, after the Signalling Programme is implemented, Banedanmark will tender traction services, which have the technical capability to run on the railroads from 2018/2019.

In order to ensure that Banedanmark is aware of the current market development, and what the market is capable of supplying, Banedanmark initiates this market dialogue with potential suppliers, with the purpose to tender out an optimal solution, after the market dialogue has ended.

This announcement aims to inform the market, that the market dialogue will be held in September 2017.

The procedure for the market dialogue:

The market dialogue will commence in September 2017, lasting two weeks. The meetings will be individual.

Banedanmark encourage potential suppliers to write to, Abbas Saeed absa@bane.dk if they wish to engage in a market dialogue.

Please write ‘Outsourcing of traction services — and your company name’ in the subject line.

Interested suppliers will then receive following documents 1: Document about services in scope 2: Questions for the suppliers.

Banedanmarks expect to send these documents no later than the beginning of September.

Based on the supplier answers, Banedanmark will invite 4-5 suppliers to dialogue meetings.
