Description of the procurement:
The assignment covers friction measuring vehicles and trailers to measure friction values at airports, primarily runways, according to ICAO/TS regulations. The assignment also covers service, maintenance and spares parts of the vehicles, trailers and systems.
Swedavia intends to procure 15-20 friction measuring vehicles. The future contract will be awarded to 1 Supplier.
The friction measuring vehicles shall meet all requirements stated in the Airport Regulation A-08-2013 Fordon och framförande av fordon 2017-12-12. This entails among other things that the friction measuring vehicles shall emit a maximum of 120 g CO2/km.
The aim of the procurement is to sign a contract for a period of 2 years with the possibility of an extension of up to 72 months at one or more times, accordingly for a maximum of 8 years.
Contract start is anticipated to quarter 3 in 2018.
“In cases where tenderers wish to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will enable this by sending the document to the applicant company on request. The document can then be filled in and attached to the application. The use of ESPD is voluntary.Checking of ESPD specified information is done before assignment”.
