II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) intents to procure a full motion flight simulator trainings device (FSTD) for the Danish Multirole Helicopter (DMRH) EH101 and sustainment services. The OEM of the DMRH is Leonardo MV Ltd.

The contract is intended to include the following elements:

— The delivery of the FSTD,

— The acquisition of the DMRH Data Package (by flight testing and or acquisition from the OEM),

— Delivery of sustainment services for FSTD, including documentation, modification, repairs etc.

The contract includes a condition precedent for signing the contract that the tenderer has entered into an Industrial Cooperation Contract (ICC) with the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen).

Potential tenderers are made aware of that the tender material will include classified documents on the classification level “NATO Restricted ”. For that reason, potential tenderers must obtain a security clearance on the level “NATO Restricted” in advance. If the tenderer is not already in possession of the necessary security clearance. The security clearance must be obtained by contacting relevant national authorities in the state potential tenderers are situated. Potential tenderers are specially made aware of that it can take some time to obtain a security clearance depending on the local procedures and procedures.

II.2.14) Additional information

At the moment, DALO is not able to state an actual value for the contract.

DALO intents to publish the tender notice in the Autumn of 2018. DALO explicit reserves the right to make changes regarding the above mentioned. DALO will keep potential tenderers informed about significant changes.
