The buyer wishes to procure maintenance services related to preventive maintenance work and repair work of the buyer’s existing 29 Fornovo Gas Biomethane Injection Compressors. The compressors are placed at different biogas plant sites around Central and Northern part of Jutland. At most sites, two or more compressors are installed to make failover possible and to mitigate the immediate impact in case of unplanned stops and/or breakdowns.

Maintenance services entail the supplier’s performance of preventive maintenance work ac-cording to the compressor manufacturer’s service schedule (planned maintenance) and execution of Repair Work on request by the Buyer (unplanned stops and/or breakdowns).

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The buyer wishes to procure maintenance services related to preventive maintenance work and repair work of the buyer’s existing 29 Fornovo gas biomethane injection compressors, cf. Appendix 2.1 (List of compressors).

The compressors are used for controlling the pressure when channelling biomethane gas between the low-pressure network of 4 bar(g) to the high-pressure gas network of 40 bar(g).

The compressors are placed at different biogas plant sites around Central and Northern part of Jutland. At most sites, two or more compressors are installed to make failover possible and to mitigate the immediate impact in case of unplanned stops and/or breakdowns.

maintenance services entail the supplier’s performance of preventive maintenance work according to the compressor manufacturer’s service schedule (planned maintenance) and execution of repair work on request by the buyer (unplanned stops and/or breakdowns).

The Buyer has a team of technicians and operators, who perform weekly service check of each compressor and from time to time perform minor repairs depending on the type and complexity of the incident.

Information about actual number of operation hours as well operation status of each compressor is monitored from the buyers operations centre, who notifies the supplier of unplanned stops and/or breakdowns.

The Agreement includes the following option:

— emergency hotline outside normal business hours in relation to repair work.

The volume of preventive maintenance is estimated in Appendix 3 (Pricelist) and is based on the current number of operating hours, the estimated number of operating hours per compressor per year, and the service intervals defined by Fornovo.

The volume of repair works is estimated in Appendix 3 (Pricelist) and is based on the historic volumes of similar services.

The buyer cannot guarantee the number of operating hours stated above, and the buyer cannot guarantee that all maintenance and repair services will be supplied by the supplier (no exclusivity).

The selection is made on the basis of the extent to which the applicant's references document experience with similar tasks offered by the applicant, cf. sections II.1.4) and II.2.4 of the Contract Notice, with positive emphasis on:

The applicant must state in the ESPD section IV.B the following financial ratios for the last 3 completed financial years:

— total annual revenue for each of the last 3 completed and audited financial years,

— solvency ratio (equity at year-end × 100/assets at year-end) in each of the last 3 completed and audited financial years.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

— the applicant has a total annual turnover of at least 5 000 000 DKK in each of the last 3 completed and audited financial years,

— the applicant has a positive solvency ratio of at least 15 % in each of the last 3 completed and audited financial years.

The applicant must document 2 references that demonstrate experience and insight according to the following points:

— project deliverables documenting experience with maintenance and repair services related to Fornovo Gas compressors, as described in section II.1.4 and II.2.4.

— applicant can demonstrate at least 1 relevant reference that demonstrates experience with and insight into the above point.
