The Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Police Authority and the Swedish Coast Guard are part of a joint project to facilitate cooperation between the authorities divers and to improve their competence. The purpose of the project is to contribute to Sweden’s internal security and to fight crime in an underwater environment, by agreeing, purchasing and trying new equipment, ultimately adapted to Swedish conditions.

As a part of this project, the authorities are in need of Diver Documentation and Sensor Systems (‘DDSS’). DDSS is the denomination for a complete system. It consists of DDSS Diver Unit, DDSS Surface Unit and accessories such as spare parts, cases, documentation, etc.
